Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

We do not accept returns on:

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

  • Not as described

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Exchanges

Due to the nature of our sourcing and logistics, we do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please:

  1. Request a return for your current order

  2. Place a new order for the desired item


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
